social media community management

FallOut

We helped keep Fallout in the conversation after launch by managing reactive social moments that spoke the language of the fandom, jumped into cultural conversations, and found opportunities for the official account to play with fans, media, and other entertainment brands.

The broader Fallout social campaign was later recognized with an Emmy. That recognition belongs to Amazon/Prime Video and the overall campaign, so I would not describe Cynosure itself as an Emmy winner for this work. A safe portfolio line would be: “Our content management work contributed to the broader Fallout social campaign, which was later recognized with an Emmy.”

For Fallout, content management meant paying attention to what was happening around the show and knowing when the brand had something worth saying. We developed and managed reactive responses across social, using show footage, GIFs, game references, and concise copy to engage fans, respond to press and entertainment conversation, and participate in cross-title moments without making the account feel like it was trying too hard.
